EASY DOES IT PACKAGE
This four session package is once a week for four weeks. The first session is 90 minutes where dive deep into your history, the issues you would like to tackle and how it all fits in with your overall sense of purpose.
HEALTHY HABITS PACKAGE
This seven session package begins with the 90 minute foundation session where we look at different aspects of your life to see where we would like to begin to make a change. Then we have five weekly 40 minute calls where we reflect, strategize, create action plans, and make commitments. We have a seventh session one month later to see how it's going, if the changes are sticking and if there needs to be a new plan made.
This stand alone 90 minute session will be focused on that one thing you want to change or add to your life. We will be 100% on-task as we figure out how to make it happen!
TIME SAVERS PLAN
This is a focused version of the Healthy Habits package. We will do a foundation plus six but instead of 40 minute sessions we will do 20 minute sessions and really pack everything into that shorter time. We get right to the point and stay on task.
If you are a person who thrives with tight time constraints or simply is limited in your ability to find more time in the day, then this package is for you.
